Bonjour tout le monde.
My name is Audrey and I have been a French teacher for over 5 years now. Teaching has always fascinated me because I love foreign languages (I speak 4), exchanges and meeting new people.
With 🎨 the French Palette, you can learn and practice French through art because French is more than a language and access to French-speaking cultures is important to us!

I started 1-1 French classes with La Palette in February 2022. It's over 20 years since I learnt French at school but I have achieved more in 9 months than 5 years at school. My vocabulary is growing as well as my confidence and ability to hold a basic conversation. I enjoy learning through interactive activities, art and films. Audrey is a patient and encouraging teacher whilst pushing me out of my comfort zone. All of this from my own home and classes booked flexibly around my own busy schedule.
I really enjoyed my lesson with Audrey. She’s helping me get a better grasp of certain grammar concepts. I really liked that she brought games into the mix. That helped me understand the concepts in an easy-to-remember way.
Audrey is a very friendly and patient tutor. During the lessons she helps me with clear explanations. She knows how to create a friendly and supportive learning environment and she encourages me to speak and practise as much as possible. She thoughtfully prepares her lessons and it is a great pleasure to work with her . I highly recommend her as a French tutor!
